Quality Assurance

The purpose and intent of our quality assurance manual is to establish and formalize operational policies and procedures for all laboratory activities. This defined quality system is essential for insuring that the data product generated from the analytical processes are well defined, defensible, and useable.

The provisions of quality analytical services to our customers have earned Micro-Methods a solid reputation. Maintaining this status in providing quality services to our customers is the responsibility of every member of the laboratory staff. In order to accomplish this, the management of Micro-Methods has implemented a management system to document how this laboratory shall plan, implement, and access the effectiveness of quality assurance and quality control operations applied to the analytical procedures in use. The result of quality management is called the quality system. The Quality System is based on the standard requirements established ISO/IEC 17025, 2009 NELAC Standard, LAC Title 33, and ANSI/ASQC E4-1994 and is compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 9002. Management and technical staff of Micro-Methods Laboratory,Inc. are dedicated to continuous improvement of the analytical and measurement system in place and strive to provide our clientele with credible, useable, defensable data of known quality. For data quality purposes, Micro-Methods accepts and align its structure to conform to the standards set forth by these agencies.
